What are the benefits of using an agency?
Recruiting for yourself can be time consuming and expensive. Just add up the costs for interviews, reference checks, telephone costs and spent time reading cv’s. We are there to do all the hard work for you.
What are the costs using an agency
Inter Find charges a once off fee percentage of the candidates’ gross year salary. We will invoice this amount once the candidate has started employment.
Are there any other costs involved?
We do not charge any retainers, we work on “no solution, no fee” policy because we believe in our own competences. The cost of advertising is covered by us, unless a client wishes to specifically brand an advertisement.
Where do you source your candidates?
We receive a large number of referrals from our existing clients and candidates. In addition we use our extensive worldwide network, job boards and print media.
Which candidates can you source?
We recruit all nationalities for example from South Africa, Europe and Asia. In addition we can recruit local staff in the country of your operations. The nationality is depending on your budget, language and preference.
Do you do recruitment for any level?
Yes, we recruit candidates for any level and any salary. From operators and technicians to management and executive level.
How much information do I need to provide you when briefing you?
We understand our focus industries very well and a few words can be enough, however we do prefer to receive a detailed job description.
How much time do you need to find the right candidate?
In general we can provide you with profiles which meet your requirements within a week or two.
How do you present the candidates?
We present the cv of candidates in our format, we make sure all information is complete and checked and leave out unnecessary information. We will only introduce candidates who match the requirements exactly.
What happens when candidates are presented to me by the recruitment specialist?
When a recruitment specialist recommends candidates to you, you should proceed to interview as soon as possible. Great candidates are highly sought after but your recruitment specialist works to keep them interested in your role if you can keep the interviewing process moving along. IFR will assist you in setting up the interviews, by skype, telephone or face to face.
What happens if you cannot present the right candidate.
We will start a new search
Do you check references in advance, before introducing the profile to us?
No, we will check the references once you approve the profile we have sent and decided to go ahead with the first interview.
What happens when we would like to offer the candidate a contract?
We will be the direct contact with the candidate until the first day of employment. We will assist you and the candidate in contract negotiations, visa, medical checks, site visits and flight bookings. This is part of our work.
What happens if the candidate does not work out once employed.
In the unlikely event the candidate resigns or is not meeting expectations, IFR has a 3 months guarantee policy. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
