Why us?

Over and above mining and engineering, we have a specialised recruitment department that covers FMCG, operations management, processing & metallurgy, executive & board appointments, civil engineering, HSE & sustainability, finance and HR.

3 Months guarantee

In the unlikely event the candidate resigns or is not meeting expectations, we have a 3 months guarantee policy.

5 Days

And we will show you the CV’s of the first eligible candidates.

Benefits

Our personal approach and alliances with both clients and candidates result in strong and sustainable professional relationships. We are flexible to travel and work within multiple time zones onsite with our clients. We are able to recruit local staff in the country of your operations.

Costs

We charge a once-off fee percentage of the candidates’ gross year salary once the candidate has started employment. We do not charge any retainers. We work on ‘no solution, no fee’ policy as we believe in our own competences. We cover the cost of advertising unless a client wishes to specifically brand an advertisement.
